PUTTING YOUR CHILD ON THE WAITING LIST
If you are reading this information from our website, you will be able to download an Enrolment Form from this site. Please complete as many details as possible, and send the form in for filing in the appropriate year’s waiting list. We will date the form with the date we receive it. Alternatively, you are most welcome to visit and give us the form personally.
ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
Parents will be required to fill in our enrolment form. The information requested is necessary, and is held in strict confidence between the family and the staff. Please ask for the Family Assistance Office Full Fee Paying form to complete with your enrolment. It is a DoCS requirement that parents are required to complete a re-enrolment form annually.
A Registration fee of $100 is payable with lodgement of your child’s completed enrolment form. A copy of your child’s immunisation certificate or Blue Book and your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport must accompany the enrolment form. Should your child be enrolled for the start of a new year, and you do not wish to continue with the enrolment, we ask that you give us written notice before mid-November, so as to give another child the opportunity of a place with us.
SHORT AND LONG DAY FEES
Fees for 2010- 2011 are:
$80 9.00am to 3.00pm
$90 8.30am to 5.30pm
Fees are paid four weeks in advance, on the first day your child begins in that week. Statements will be issued in the week prior to due payment. These will be sent by email. Fees are paid on the first day of your child’s week, via a direct debit to your bank account by EziDebit.
There is a late-fee of $10 after 10 minutes. Our licence and our insurance are until 5.30pm each day. If you do not collect your child on time we are required by law to take them to the police station. This is emotionally draining to your child and our staff. Please also be considerate of our staff who may have pressing appointments that depend on you being on time. There is a fee of $1 per minute after 5.30pm.
No charge is made for the four weeks that the centre is closed during Summer School holidays. Fees are payable if your child is absent due to illness, vacation, or other reasons.
